For a couple who is just friends, things are moving along very fast as the duo of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have both decided to sell their homes and find a place together. Both K and K have privately listed their homes for sale, like we don’t know their every move!
Kim let a lucky realtor in on a secret that her place was available for 5 million big ones! She offered it up as a pocket listing, which means it won’t be listed in the local MLS documentation or show up in advertisements giving up information about the property, but if the agent brings a buyer, she will get her commission at the sale closing. Interestingly, Kanye West’s El Lay estate is also up for grabs the same way. Right now, it is rumored that the couple is looking for a gated rental place that they can cohabitate in. These friends are moving fast!
What’s next, housewarming or baby showers? It will be interesting to see what the next development will be between the new duo, K&K. The new couple has kicked up the rumor mill that they are preparing to move in together after they both offered up the homes for sale at the same time. It has been recently rumored that Kim was planning a move to London as well. Who knows if that may still in the works. It’s hard to tell with these two and the Kardashian family.

However, another source revealed that the rumors of the cohabitation are not true, but that Kim wants more privacy where wandering eyes of the press can’t peek in at her next residence.
The latest development in the super stardom relationship of K&K comes in the way of a lavish birthday gift from Kim to Kanye on his 35th birthday. Right now, Kim is the best girlfriend in the world, at least in Kanye’s eyes as the reality superstar, big butt and all, has just gifted the rap star with a rare $750,000 Lamborghini for his gift. Kanye is still in Europe with his Jay-Z tour with his girly by his side. Wow! Now that’s a gift. If you start out that big for a birthday gift, what comes next?
